| Description |
English: Dovecot Park, Liverpool. Built on the site of an ancient manor house called Dovecote House, this park is a sad shadow of its former self. Once boasting a lake and bowling green, it was once a proper park. Local children spent many a happy hour searching for tadpoles and sticklebacks in the lake and it is possible to see its outline by following the trees on the right which still lean at various angles towards the water. |
