Description
English: A U.S. Air Force Douglas A-1G Skyraider (BuNo 134997) of the 1st Air Commando Squadron prepares for take-off from Pleiku Air Base, Vietnam, in 1966. This aircraft was shot down on 22 November 1966. The pilot was rescued and the aircraft was later recovered but it was subsequently scrapped at Pleiku Air Base.
