Double looped sub anular buckle
Description
English: A medieval to post medieval copper alloy double looped annular buckle frame, complete with pin, dating to AD 1350 - 1650. The loops are D shaped with an angular cross section. The integral centre bar is angular in cross section and attached to it is a sheet metal pin, The pin is hooked around the bar and tapers to a blunt point, slightly overlapping the outer edge of the frame.
