Double looped buckle
Description
English: An post-medieval copper-alloy double looped trapezoidal buckle, dating to AD 1600-1700. The frame is complete, the pin is missing. The loops are rectangular, with a pointed, triangular outer edge. It is rectangular in cross section. The worn centre bar is narrowed from the frame and oval in cross section. There is a knop at each end of the central bar. The buckle is undecorated.
