Title
Double looped buckle
Description
English: An incomplete post-medieval copper-alloy double looped trapezoidal buckle, dating to AD 1600-1700. Just over half of the frame remains with one loop lost, due to an old break. The remaining loop is rectangular, with a pointed, triangular outer edge. It is rectangular in cross section. The worn centre bar is narrowed from the frame and oval in cross section. There is a knop at each end. The buckle is undecorated and the pin is missing.
