Description
Español: El más curiosos trampantojos de Madrid en a calle Alfonso XI, cerca del jardín del Buen Retiro.

Escondido tras un par de altos pinos, y flanqueado por dos edificios de piedra de muy diferente estilo, el mural simula un edificio moderno de cristal negro y aristas blancas. Su estilo vanguardista es el que le dota de esta fama, pues a diferencia del resto de las ilusiones ópticas mostradas, no representa el ayer o el presente, sino una visión futurista.

El autor del mural fue Vaquero Turcios, y es de 1981, que además de ser reconocido por su obra artística fue profesor asociado de la Facultad de Bellas Artes de la Universidad Complutense.

Se encuentra en un lateral del palacio de Comunicaciones actual ayuntamiento de Madrid
