Scenes on Neil Avenue, near Wilber Avenue, of the 1999 Doo Dah Parade, featuring The Marching Fidels, the Mohler Sculpture Y2K Car, and the "Top 10 Reasons the Short North Should Move to Easton" truck. The Doo Dah Parade began as an Independence Day tradition in the Short North in 1984.
