Summary
[edit]DescriptionDong Dang Vietnam (11352972943).jpg |
This is where passengers change from the standard gauge Chinese train to the meter gauge Vietnamese Railway service. Passport and Visa checks for entry to Vietnam take place in the Dong Dang station. On this occasion only two Chinese sleeping cars mage the trip from Nanning to Dong Dang. The Vietnamese train was also formed of two meter gauge sleepers. What followed was a rather loud and bumpy but restful and altogether pleasant ride thru the night and early morning to Hanoi. |
