Description
Slovenčina: Na ľavej strane infografiky je návod na domácu výrobu mliečneho kefíru: potrebné pomôcky a vysvetlenie kolobehu práce. Na pravej strane sú zobrazené spôsoby využitia a spracovania kefíru: druhotné kvasenie, oddelenie srvátky a tvarohu a použitie do pečenia, na pleť, do kvasenej zeleniny či na výrobu syra.
