Description
English: Landing signal enlisted Petty Officer 3rd Class Troy Palomino directs an H-65 "Dolphin" short-range recovery helicopter assigned to Group/Air Station Port Angeles, Wash., onto the flight deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay. Green Bay is assisting the Coast Guard with training exercises in the western Pacific Ocean.
