Ancient Dolahi Shiva Temple is located in Gaidahwa Village, Ward No. 8 of Rupandehi District. This temple is situated in the central part of the village or on the right side of the road in the Shikhar style. The Tharu caste has special importance in this temple. A Tharu farmer found a rock in his field while digging. When the farmer was plows the grain on that rock, once blood started flowing from that rock, at that time it was called Mudfutwa Baba.

This Shivlinga looks ancient. This Shivlinga has a small Shivlinga in the center of the stone of the round plaque. It is said that the Shivalinga is surrounded by snakes, and there are idols of various gods and goddesses around the Shivalinga. There is a trishul at the top of the temple, and sculptures of various gods and goddesses are carved around the temple. Local devotees flock to this temple on other festivals, including the Mahashivratri festival.
