Description U.S. Army 1st Lt. Nick R. Eidemiller, of Paso Robles, Calif., a platoon leader with 1st Platoon, Company A, 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, Task Force Rock, teaches District Development Authority members the correct procedure for submitting and approving ideas for community development projects in the Noorgal District of eastern Afghanistan's Kunar province, April 25. A DDA is a district's governmental body responsible for implementing community development projects across their district. Types of implemented projects include schools, retaining walls and water wells.
