Notes This is probably a replica of Dobson's portrait of the painter Henry Stone and his son from the collection of the Duke of Somerset in Northumberland House. However the correct identification sould be then: Nicholas Stone (1586/7-1647) - the elder man and Henry Stone (1616-1653), the younger man.
