English: Doarlish Cashen. The old map shows a cluster of farm buildings here, and there is an extraordinary story associated with the farm ("Gef, the talking mongoose"). Now there is no sign of the farm (except for a modern barn nearby). The photo (looking north) shows the cleared area where the farm used to be, with Corrin's Hill and tower in the distance. |
