Summary
[edit]DescriptionDjebel Ayachi, Eastern High Atlas, Morocco.jpg |
English: The photo was taken from the summit of Mount Ayachi, which stands at 3,757 meters above sea level in the eastern High Atlas Mountains of Morocco. This mountain is located in the Midelt province and forms a natural boundary between the communities of Ait Ayach and Tounfit and the Sidi Hamza communes. The photo captures the mountain massif of the Tounfit commune, which rises to 3,277 meters above sea level. It took several days to capture this photo. I traveled from the city of Midelt to the village of Ait Ayach, and from there, it took a full day to reach the foot of the mountain via the Jaafar Straits. Another day was spent climbing to the summit and returning, and then a final day to make my way back..
