Summary
[edit]DescriptionDivorce for men only.jpg | A law office, seemingly highlighted at discrepancies in wealth and/or judicial decisions, at Ygnacio valley road, near Walnut boulevard, in Walnut Creek California. In 2009 at the time of this image it remained the case that complex judgments across most jurisdictions are made for childcare, against which more men tend to need to find mitigations as they tend to look after children less. There is also in most countries a gender pay gap resulting in divorce lawyers having to again plead more mitigation for men and more "neediness than the husband", in general, for women. However many jurisdictions have banned such exclusivity as to gender. Several men fall in one or other of the inverse situations, meaning their lawyer is doing the standard work of "women-only" divorce practices. The Western United States is one of the most gender extreme stereotyped regions of the fully developed Western World owing to its "wild" history and male-dominated lobby for seemingly ever-increasingly dangerous weapons "as of right". California has so far countered with eminent scientists in philosophy and gender studies, technologies to improve conversations between peoples, and an increasing enlightenment that gender disparity is wrongful. It seems a matter of time before such practises cease such stark adverts but, perhaps, will continue to be specialists in regulating maintenance/alimony rather than doing both sides of the equation. |
