| Description |
English: Disused GWR trackbed, Wednesfield Road The redundant Wednesfield Road Bridge has been replaced by retaining walls faced in 'Staffordshire Blue' brickwork. The listed Low Level station is hidden by the Bluebrick development, ironically all in red brick. The new footbridge and platform at the High Level Station adds little to the appearance of the older station. I have no great hopes for the development of the nearby Springfield Brewery site. |
