| Description |
English: A graph showing how EGF ratings are distributed over ranks. Each colored line represents the distribution of ratings over a single rank (total number of samples is between parenthesis). The gray bars in the background represent the total number of players inside that rating band (of width 50) scaled down by a factor of 10. the line for 7D (the highest amateur grade) includes all professional grades (these are often reported as 7D in tournament results). A single rank is nominally equivalent to 100 rating points in the EGF rating system, which has a bottom at rating 100 (equated to 20 kyu). |
