In a few hours, the exudation becomes more copious. Theappearances, which are seen when the full development of theexudation is reached, vary greatly in different cases. In some cases the amount of fluid poured out into thepericardial sac is scanty, in others copious. In most cases theexudation is sero-fibrinous, and instead of the clear serumwhich is norma
