| Description |
English: Dinham Bridge The bridge behind the site of the 1961 swimming pool at Dinham. The pool was built using laminated wood arches - it had no chance against the humidity and eventually closed in the 1980s. The new building is on the site of the changing rooms/chlorination area, while the pool itself was where the grassy park is between this building and Dinham Bridge.
Whitcliffe Woods, once a favourite with birders trying to see hawfinches in the background. I believe they are not seen there so often now. |
