Description
English: This complex includes 2 species that grow together on Hawkesbury sandstone in the Sydney region. Other regional variants may belong to additional distinct taxa. The complex is under revision. Shrub with erect pubescent to pilose stems to 3 m tall. Leaves are spirally twisted, linear to narrow-oblong and 4–12 mm long. Flowerheads are capitate, umbellate or racemose, terminal and in the upper axils, sometimes tightly clustered and 1–9-flowered. Flowers are yellow or yellow and red to deep orange-red. Pods are 4–7 mm long. In heath to dry sclerophyll forest on acidic, well-drained soils.
