Description

Kaart van het Dijkgraafschap van West- Friesland. Titel;' Nieuwe Caarte van het Dijkgraafschap van West Vriesland genaamt Geestmer-ambacht. Schager en Niedorper Cogge'. Bovenaan de wapens van het Geestmerambacht, de Schagerkogge en Niedorperkogge. Rechtsonder een landschapsbeeld waarin de bereiding van kaas centraal staat. De zittende man, op een stapel kazen leunend, symboliseert waarschijnlijk de kaashandel van Alkmaar (Alkmaar is langs de rechter beeldrand afgebeeld).
