Experimentelle Syplüli 5*J' 2 Hunden; Hoff mann konnte von der sypliilitischen Keratitis des Kaninchens aus eine Keratitis spezitischen Charakters beim Schafe erzeugen. Spirochäten wurden reichlich nachgewiesen. Die Impfungen Ijlieben beim Kaninchen nicht auf die xVugenatfektion beschränkt. Grouven (No. 1773) beobachtete bei einem am 1. Dezember 1906 mit Sj^hilis geimpften Kaninchen, dem am 7. Juli 1907 der erkrankte Bulbus enukleiert war, Ende Juli 1907 allgemeinen Haarausfall, sowie an beiden Nasenflügeln borkenbedeckte papelähnliche Rhagaden, in denen Spirochäten im Ausstiüch und im Exzisionsstück gefunden wurden. Ende Oktober ei-krankte auch das andere Auge an einer aller- dings bald heilenden Iritis. Grouven erzeugte ferner bei einem Kaninchen durch Figur 167.

Impfung der Haut ein sklerosenähnliches Infiltrat, in dem Spirochäten gefunden wurden. Parodi erhielt durch Uebertragung von syphilitischem Material auf den Hoden eines Kaninchens ein „echtes Syphilom". Neißer impfte die Hoden von 7 Kaninchen mit Milz- und Knochenmarkbrei syphilitischer xVffen und konnte durch Weiterimpfung von Milz und Knochenmark der so behandelten Kaninchen auf Affen nachweisen, daß 3 Kaninchen syphilitisch geworden waren. Hoffmann, Lohe und Mulzer erzeugten bei Kaninchen und Meerschweinchen durch Injektion von syphilitischem Material in die Hoden Syphilis des Testikels und kutane Initialaffektc an der Ein- stichstelle.
