Über den Res- taurationsräumen ist ein Dachgarten gedacht, der räum- lichnach dreiSeiten abgeschlossen ist und von dem eine schöne Aussicht über die Wasser- fläche des Rosen- parterres bis zum Aussichtsturm hat. Sollte sich die in demHauptplan vor- gesehene Fläche des Restaurations- gartens als unzu- reichend erweisen, ist in der Variante (siehe Hauptplan oben) die iMöglich- keit zur Erweiter- ungder Wirtschafts- fläche vorgesehen. Anschliefaend an die Restaurations- räume ist eine Fest- saal-Ausstellungs- halleprojektiert.Die gärtnerischen Ver- waltungsräume lie- gen im erstenStock- werk nach der Seite des Rosariums. Das Rosenpar- terre. Infolge der gro- ßen Achsenbildung ergab sich die Not- wendigkeit.kräftige architektonische Motive in die Ge- samtanlage hinein zu bringen. Hier sei an erster Stelle der Aussichtsturm erwähnt, vor dem sich ein langge- strecktes, zu beiden Seiten durch Lin- denpromenaden flankiertes Rosen- parterre erstreckt. Von der höher ge- legenen Verbin- dungsstraße ist das Parterre durch eine Brüstungsmauer getrennt,so daß dem Passanten hübsche Einblickefreistehen.
