Summary
[edit]DescriptionDie Burg Runkel.jpg |
English: Runkel Castle rises on a steep rocky spur that slopes vertically towards the Lahn. From the west side, the castle presents itself above the late medieval Lahn Bridge and the historic center as a mighty three-tower group, consisting of the teardrop-shaped keep in the middle of the upper castle, the pentagonal south tower and a square tower in the north.
