Native, warm-season, short-lived perennial, erect, sparsely-tufted grass to 1 m tall and with smooth stems. Leaf blades are narrow (2 mm), smooth below and often rough to touch above. Widespread, but typically as few or scattered plants. Usually found in woodlands on granites or basalts, but also recorded from wet sclerophyll forest and swamp areas. Native biodiversity. Little else has been reported for this species. |
