Undernourished with a history of erysipelas (1 week old), measles, chicken pox, mumps, influenza, and "pneumonia" at age 1. Tonsils removed at age 8. Parents told not to seek surgical intervention due to large opening in the diaphragm, but did so anyways resulting in death a few hours later.
