Italiano: Transistor del tipo drogato n-p-n, dove la base e il collettore sono lo stesso semiconduttore ma con drogaggi diversi, mentre l'emettitore è di altra natura. Le linee nere rappresentano il diagramma di bandan iniziale (B.C. e B.V. sono rispettivamente la banda di conduzione e di valenza) mentre le linee verdi rappresentano il diagramma dello stesso transistor dopo la modifica per facilitare il passaggio degli elettroni. |
