Description The gold diadem or crown of Princess Khenmet or Khnumit, possibly a daughter of King Amenemhat II of the Twelfth Dynasty of Egypt in the Middle Kingdom era. This diadem was found along with a collection of stunning jewellery from her tomb and that of her sister Princess Ita within the pyramid complex of king Amenemhat II in Dahshur, Giza, Egypt. She is assumed to be a daughter of Amenemhat II.
