A view of the south entrance to the DiSalle Center on the grounds of the Ohio Expo Center and State Fair. The building was constructed in 1959 at a cost of $465,000. It was dedicated during the 1960 Ohio State Fair as the Arts and Crafts Building. In 1977, it was renamed the DiSalle Center in honor of former Ohio governor Michael V. DiSalle. The structure was demolished in 2015 to make way for a 100,000 square foot multipurpose center. |
