Español: La obra representa al arcángel San Gabriel anunciando a la Virgen María que sería la madre de Jesucristo, el Mesías. Y según las útlimas teorías, cabe la posibilidad de que el autor, el maestro de Bonastre, y el pintor Jacomart, fueran una sola persona, por lo que existen graves discrepancias en cuanto a la autoría de la obra.
