Norsk bokmål: 6. juli ble det startet et norsk kvinnekorps (N.K.K.) av frivillige, utenfor Dumfries i Skottland. Kurset bestod av 30 deltakere og artet seg nærmest som en slags rekruttskole. Treningen var hard og effektiv, og soldatene fikk virkelig lære litt om moderne krig både praktisk og teoretisk selv om kunnskapene på langt nær kunne bli uttømmende nok på den korte tiden av tre uker. Kursets leder var major Brodin. Opptatt med huslig arbeide. (Original bildetekst) |
