English: So-called Portrait of Charles VII, Holy Roman Emperor (1697-1745), but is probably a depiction of his nephew Duke Clement Francis of Bavaria (1722-1770).
  • Identification proposed by user Ecummenic (talk) based on the comparison with some portraits of Clement Francis of Bavaria (see images below) and the lack of physical resemblance of the sitter of this portrait to verified representations of Charles VII.
