Topmost : Our new white-seeded, round-podded variety TOPMOST 6 The most recent introduction from the Asgrow breeding program. Notable for its earliness and white seeds. Plant of medium size, with medium green foliage, high yielding and concentrated in maturity, giving a heavy first pick. Resistant to common mosaic and some variant strains. Pods round, straight, stringless and of top quality, developing the seeds rather slowly. These factors, with the absence of dark pigment in the seeds, make possible an early and attractive pack. Seeds white: 80 per oz. wade sy4 Plant medium large, resistant to common bean mosaic and one or more forms of powdery mildew. Not concentrated in set or maturity. Pods round and of distinctive appearance, medium green and very glabrous, or smooth, almost as if waxed, stringless. Seeds variable in color, from reddish brown to dark mahogany: 80 per oz. 48 56 Suitable for quick freezing.
