Description
Français : Sans doute aménagé avant la construction des remparts,cette fontaine est située a 4.60 m au dessous du niveau du sol et l'on y accède par 21 marches d'un escalier de belles pierres. Son débit de 1700 litres/heures en été, suffisait largement aux besoins des habitants de la place,civils et militaires; sa source dont l'emplacement reste incertain n'a jamais était détournée ni empoisonnée par l'ennemi lors des sièges et blocus de la cité de Navarrenx.
