English: Descending Stickle Ghyll A walker picks his way carefully down the ghyll. It was the end of a very dry summer so there was little water coming over the falls.
The path this (east) side of the ghyll is the main one, though the right of way is on the other side. The black sign reads: "DANGER - men working above - beware falling rocks - please keep to the path". |
