Description
Español: El medio de cultivo Eosina - Azul de metileno (EMB (por sus siglas en inglés), facilita el crecimiento selectivo de microorganismos Bacilos Gram negativos y permite diferenciar fermentadores de lactosa cuyo crecimiento se observa en colonias rosadas, moradas, púrpuras o verdes brillantes. Los no fermentadores crecen en colonias transparentes en el medio. en la fotografía se aprecian colonias púrpuras aisladas y una tonalidad verde brillante en el inóculo primario. (Fuente.
