| Description |
English: Derelict building with tower in Twemlows Big Wood. Concrete building with a two-storey tower, one of a group of buildings forming a compound by the A41, around 100 metres north of the track to The Twemlows. This view (unfortunately into the sun) shows the north-eastern side of the compound. The tower might have housed a water tank for a cookhouse or washhouse, as the buildings were probably accommodation blocks. For more details, see 792887 |
