Description
English: Derailment on the Norwegian TEB Tønsberg-Eidsfoss line in county Vestfold , Norway. The locomotive - with the two oval windows in the back of the cab - is a Krauss 2-8-0T, builder’s No.4630 of 1901. It was built for the Holmestrand-Vittingfoss Railway but they sold it to the TEB in 1902. The nameplate on the side of the loco reads "HOLMESTRAND". Although a 2-8-0T it was not particularly heavy, weighing 29.4 tonnes in working order.
