Description
English: In der Belgischen Kleinstadt Charleroi befindet sich ein verlassenes Kohle Kraftwerk. Das Kraftwerk liefert schon seit ewigkeiten keine Elektrizität mehr, die Kühltürme stehen allerdings immer noch über der Belgischen Stadt und sind mittlerweile zu einem Paradies für Fotografen geworden.

Das Kraftwerk wurde 1921 gebauten war eines der größten Kohle Kraftwerke in Belgien.

Charleroi war für mich ein ganz spezielles Erlebnis. Man merkt schnell das es in Charleroi überall an Geld fehlt. Trotzdem empfand ich die Stadt als schöner und einzigartiger Ort, auch wegen den vielen guten Menschen die mir begegnet sind. Kann ich jedem Fotografen empfehlen der sich gerne an verlassenen Orten herumtreibt. 😁
