Memorial to the victims of communist dictatorships by Géza Széri-Varga (2003 bronze, granite sculpture, approx. 230cm high) Between the coloured concrete walls with a special surface design stands a figure of a man without hands and feet. Its head is made of bronze, the body itself is made of black granite. A man locked in stone who is confined to strict limits. Earlier, the bust of Gyula Kulich, 'an excellent fighter of the communist youth movement died for our freedom in Dachau' stood nearby (Inauguration 1954, by János Parzsa, placed in the interior of the Youth House in 1970) - Szabadság (Liberty) Square park, Downtown, Békéscsaba, Békés County, Hungary.
