Description
Deutsch: Kommandant, Oberst Georg Teppner, war Miteigentümer des Warmbades in Villach und ist in der im spätgotischen Stil errichteten Kapelle am Waldrand nahe des Freiwilligen Schützen Parks beigesetzt.

Regimentsoberst Georg Teppner war ein Patriot. 1915, nach dem die »ehrlosen« Italiener Österreich den Krieg erklärt hatten, warb er 2400 Freiwillige zur Sicherung der Kärntner Grenze an, das bald der regulären Armee unterstellt wurde und an der Front größtenteils den Heldentod fand.

Den Gefallenen zu Ehren heißt der Kurpark im Warmbad-Villach heute noch Kärntner Freiwilliger-Schützenpark.
