Description
English: Deity of Nrisingha Dev temple at Depara in Nadia district. The original temple has been destroyed long before. The present temple was built by Nadia's king Khitishchandra in the year 1896. The stone deity of Nrisinghadev is damaged and it remains covered with a shawl during winter.
