English: U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Phillip Makuch conducts a component replacement on a hydraulic power unit circuit card at Ingleside, Texas, on April 7, 2009. Mine Countermeasures Class Squadron and South Central Regional Maintenance Center collaborated to investigate a viable means of repairing systems that sailors were not able to do in the past, saving the Navy significantly over the next few years.
