Description
English: U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class John Handrahan from Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 8 dives into Lake Victoria during a search and recovery operation in Entebbe, Uganda, on March 28, 2009. The unit is working with Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and the government of Uganda to conduct search and recovery operations of human remains and flight data recorders from the wreckage of an Ilyushin 76 passenger aircraft that crashed in Lake Victoria on March 9, 2009.
