Description
English: U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd class Jeffrey Bedsole (left) and Airman Mario Wright give the signal for an aircraft to taxi forward on the flight deck of the USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74), on Aug. 3, 2004. The Stennis and its embarked Carrier Air Wing 14 are at sea participating in a scheduled deployment and supporting Summer Pulse 2004, a Navy exercise where seven aircraft carrier strike groups will learn new ways of operating, training, manning and maintaining their fleet.
