Millennium Challenge 2002 is a three-week training exercise/experiment to test the effectiveness of a number of transformational technologies, involving hardware, software and conceptual doctrines, which have been developed over the past two years. More than 13,500 military and civilian personnel will participate in the event which will be conducted at 26 different locations in the United States making it the largest joint military experiment of it's kind in history. Smith is the deputy commander, U.S. Forces Command's Joint Warfighting Center. |
