Description 060119-N-5330L-027 Norfolk, Va. (Jan. 19, 2006) – Crew members and guest salute as the colors are paraded at the decommissioning and transfer ceremony of the salvage and rescue ship USS Grasp (ARS 51). Grasp will be transferred to the Military Sealift Command (MSC) where it will continue service to the fleet.
