Du dix sept Avril mil huit cent quatre vingt treize à quatre heures dix minutes du soir, acte de décès de Alceste Anastasie Hortense Cœuriot artiste lyrique, âgé de soixante-neuf ans, décédé en son domicile rue Victor Hugo 232, hier à onze heures et demie du soir, native d’Amsterdam (Hollande) fille de Paul Joseph Cœuriot et Victoire Marie Françoise Lestage, époux décédés, divorcée de Jean Vital Jammes Dressé par nous Co??? Oreste Eléonor Sellier, maire officier de l’état-civil de la commune de Colombes, après constatation du décès sur la déclaration de Pascal Masson, artiste lyrique, âgé de cinquante quatre ans, domicilié à Colombes, 232 rue Victor Hugo et de Léonard Delafond, maçon, âgé de trente-trois ans, domicilié à Colombes, avenue du ?? au 26, amis de la défunte, lesquels ont signé avec nous après lecture
