Verwelkomd door tienduizenden enthousiaste mensen is de Uiver op 21 november teruggekeerd op Schiphol na de luchtrace Londen-Melbourne. Op 24 oktober was de Uiver als tweede in de race in het Australische Melbourne aangekomen, 90 uur en 22 minuten na het vertrek uit Londen. 21-11-1934. |
